Pursuant to the regulations in force regulating distance sales, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract for purchasing our products during the fourteen working days following receipt of his purchase. The exercise of this right does not oblige the Customer to justify his decision and implies a refund of the amount paid. It will be understood that the Customer has been informed of their right to withdraw from the start of their purchase process, with the Customer’s registration on the Online Purchase Platform, which requires their reading and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and, in all case, from the moment you place the order.

However, returns whose packaging has been opened will not be accepted except for products that show damage or factory defects. Likewise, the Customer must pay the cost of sending the return unless the product has been sent in error or the product is damaged or defective. To return the product, which must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice you received with the order.
